Based in a Sunny Island called Singapore, I graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2011 with a Bachelor in Computing (Majoring in Communications and New Media).

I am currently working as a Product Manager in Lazada Singapore (Psst: We always have awesome promotions going on!) I also have previous experience as a project manager and a web developer.

The ever-changing digital landscape and improving technologies keeps me in awe since I was a kid, which probably contributed to my passion my work in the digital industry.

I take joy in video editing, gymming and spending time with my friends and family :)

Dream Big, Princess: Create a Dream

Digital Project Lead
Dream Big Princess: Create a dream relays a message to young, aspiring princesses to dream big and reach for the stars. Leveraging on the idea of a meme generator, girls can create their dreams in the form of stunning imagery with the provided Disney Princess images. The 'Create a Dream' contest was an integrated campaign with both online and offline activations supporting the rebranding of the Disney Princess franchise.

Project Role: With the support of the stakeholders, the creative team and third party vendors, I saw oversaw the end to end process of the delivery of the site, along with end campaign reporting.

Inside Out: SEA Movie Page

Web Production, Project Lead
The Inside Out Movie Page for South East Asia is a one stop landing page for tickets, activities, mobile apps pages, online games, galleries and character bios for the movie. 6 weeks prior to the movie launch, the team came up with a strategy to reveal one character each week to engage returning visitors.

Project Role: Plan, strategise, design and deploy the contents to the site. Adding media, apps and activities to the movie page to all five countries in the South East Asian region. Doing weekly updates according to the strategised roll out and cross promotion to an Inside Out campaign named ‘My Emotions’ - a meme generator that generates personalised emotions.

Intel: Back to School PC Finder in Korea

Intel: Back to School PC Finder in Korea

Account and Project Lead
Intel: Back to School PC Finder was a digital marketing campaign aimed to inform and advise students from South Korea on the kind of PC that will be suited for their needs. The site was honoured with a score of 7.66 on the Awwwards.

Project Role: Acting as the account lead for the project, I was able to work with the creative team and client to deliver the project in a short time frame. At the same time, I worked with the media agency to analyse and allocate targeted media weekly during the campaign period to maximise conversion.

NewsLoop: UI/UX Revamp

Mobile App Product Lead
NewsLoop is a news aggregator app with user friendly interface and receives news in the Asia Pacific region from up to 600 content news resources. Delivering the most updated news to audiences in the Asia Pacific Region, it has managed to garner at least 1 million downloads till date.

Project Role: As the project lead and main liaison with the stakeholders, the team worked together to successfully deliver the User Interface revamp on both platforms. New features were also constantly added the app to keep it up to date, such as android widgets.

SG50: T-shirt Design Competition

Illustration
This illustration was submitted as an entry for a T-shirt competition in one of the constituencies in Singapore in the light of SG50 Celebrations (Singapore's 50th year of independence).

This illustration features the well known landmarks based from different cultures in Singapore, such as The Pinnacle@Duxton which holds world's two longest sky gardens and the Merlion. highlights the modern advancement of the society. It also signifies how the country comes across as a multi racial and harmonious society.

The entry came in as first place in the competition.

As a school assignment, I created this kinetic typography video that features the song: Firework by Katy Perry.

This project has got me hooked to kinetic typography since. Now my mind constantly comes up with typography animation ideas whenever I hear a good song!
